If you don't have your Customer Number handy, click HERE to have your Customer Number emailed to you. If you get a message stating that the Customer Number is invalid, see After I enter my Final Draft Customer Number and click Activate, I get a message saying the number is invalid.
If you're prompted to activate, type in your KFD x, EFD x or XFD x Customer Number and click Activate.
